These terms cover use of the GTC Productions LLC website and our text messaging program.
Program name: GTC Field Operations. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from GTC Productions LLC, you consent to receive operational SMS messages about work you are involved in — including job assignments, schedule changes, paperwork and photo requests, and billing coordination.
This program is internal workforce coordination, not marketing. It is not open to the general public and there is no public sign-up, because we message only people who are under contract to GTC and actively assigned to a job.
Consent is collected directly from each person, in writing, during onboarding. When a technician or subcontractor is brought on, they provide their mobile number on GTC's onboarding paperwork and are told in writing that GTC will use that number to text them about their work assignments. That number is recorded in GTC's field application and is the number we use to reach them about their own jobs. Prime-contractor project managers give us their mobile number directly in the course of being assigned work to us.
We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or otherwise obtain mobile numbers from any third party, and we never send promotional or advertising messages on this program. Providing your number is not a condition of being awarded work, and you may decline or withdraw at any time by replying STOP without it affecting your contract with GTC.
Our messaging program is intended for subcontractors, employees, and client representatives working with GTC. It is not directed to the general public or to anyone under 18.
